Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the highest degree of integrity in all our dealings with potential, current and past supporters of our organization, both in terms of expected donor confidentiality, and the protection of all personal information received in the course of providing our organizational services and donations, in support of caring for the poor and homeless. We practice, extend and encourage the same standards to all our donors, volunteers, and mission partners globally.

Ethics

We always conduct our own services honestly and honorably, and expect our mission partners and volunteers to do the same regardless of location. Our advice, strategic assistance and the methods imparted through our training, take proper account of ethical considerations, together with the protection and enhancement of the moral position of our mission partners and volunteers.

Duty of care

Our actions and advice will always conform to relevant law, and we believe that all businesses and organizations, including our own, should avoid causing any adverse effect on the human rights of people in the organizations we deal with, the local and wider environments, as well as the well-being of society at large.

Transparency

We operate our outreach activities in a manner that is transparent, and we provide visibility can be viewed at anytime on our mission site at: www.Begintoserve.orgOutreach services are clearly displayed in photographs and videos of each service mission. The quality of our services and the value of our support provide the only true basis for continuity. We always try to meet the needs of the poor and homeless through donations as well as through strategic partnerships, and particularly for situations where mission opportunities are located in impoverished areas internationally.

Your donations

Your donations are appreciated for what we provide, which is high quality, tailored, specialized distribution service to those in need. As such we do not generally offer discounts on products we offer in exchange for a donation. That said, we always try to propose gift exchanges that accommodate our donors' available budgets and timescales. Wherever possible we openly provide our donation requests clearly in advance, so that we and our Mission Partners can plan reliably for what lies ahead, and how it is to be achieved and financially justified.

Payment

We aim to be as flexible as possible in the way that your donations are received. Some donors prefer reoccurring donations; others are happier with a pay as convenient option, whether online or by mail and we try to fit in with what method is more convenient for the donor. We make no attempt to expect more than promised; however, we expect donations to be made when agreed.

Quality assurance

We maintain the quality of what we do through constant ongoing review by way of physical observations with our Poor and homeless communities, of all goals, activities, outcomes and the cost-effectiveness of every activity. We encourage regular review meetings and provide regular progress reports. Further details are available on request.

Professional conduct

We conduct all of our activities professionally and with integrity. We take great care to be completely objective in our judgment and any recommendations that we give, so that issues are never influenced by anything other than the best and proper interests of the poor people we serve.

Equality and discrimination

We always strive to be fair and objective in our actions, and we are never influenced in our decisions, actions or recommendations by issues of gender, race, creed, color, age, religious preferences or personal disability.
